I initially bought it for vlogging and the stuff I do on YouTube around 2014. The Sony NEX 10-18mm F/4 OSS is an extremely wide zoom lens with the same coverage as a full frame 15-27mm lens, and is the first ultra-wide zoom for Sony APS-C lovers since the introduction of the less than stellar Konica Minolta (and later Sony---but made by Tamron) 11-18mm F/4.5-5.6.
